We deliver Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM local time. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.
3.2 Can I modify my order?
You can modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team.
After this window, changes may not be possible as your order may already be in preparation.
3.3 What is your freshness guarantee?
We guarantee your flowers will arrive fresh and remain beautiful for at least 7 days.
If you're not satisfied with the freshness, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
