2. Issues With Orders

2.1 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your arrangement arrives damaged or differs significantly from what you ordered:

  2. Provide photos of the arrangement showing the issue
  3. Include your order number and delivery address

We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

For same-day orders, cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM local time are eligible for free same-day delivery, available Monday through Saturday.

2.2 Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available for orders placed at least one day in advance. All deliveries are free of charge.

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times within these windows.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will:
